This is a beacutifully-written book. I see it in all kinds of well-depicted images. Revelation 17: 3-6 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.This title was written on her forehead: MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished.
The images are depicted to strike different part of human senses----many colors appeared, scarlet, purple. gold, pearl; drunken with wine, also the trumpet sound as mentioned before.
This book is generally difficult for me.
17:8 The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction.
17:12 "The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast.
17:18 The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth."
Who is the beast, why ten horns and the woman prostitue? Does it refer to things here and present or ?

On Sunyata of Buddhism
The concept of Sunyata is one of the most importand concepts in Buddhism. It reflects the ontology and cosmology of Buddhism. However I don't think it is related to a loss of autonomy, of individualism, or even free will. Rather I'd like to use the word voidness to express the concept----void of identity, void of the existance of self, in order to see through the world (even the trivial things), and the utmost goal is to improve oneself and to surpass the worly. Sunyata stresses the role of the environment in which one lives. All the things are not independent to each other but rather mutral related. The concept is actually not new but can also be seen in Christianity: Romans 8:28 Or that all things work together for good......
As a result, nothing in the world is absolute. No absolute freedom exits in this world and all comparative. For example, to enjoy the freedom of certain things you have to sacrifice some other aspects to make way for it. To illustrate simplier, in order to enjoy the freedom of living, one must be submissive to the law which limits one's free will to do whatever things.

How to be successful in life---On 1 Peter
To recognize, to submit, to stand and to love and rejoice. These are the basic elements of the recipe to success that I conclude from 1 Peter
First, to recognize means that to recognize the identity of God and his son and equally important, the identity of yourself. Who are you and what's your living purpose? In 1Peter 2:9 You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Second, to submit means "Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every authority instituted among men: whether to the king, as the supreme authority,or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right." Besides, wives, submit to husband; the young, submissive to the elder; the elder, submissive to God and all be humble. (1 Peter 5:5 All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.")
Third, to stand means to stand firm through trial and suffering which is inevitable experience in growing.(1 Peter 3:17 It is better, if it is God's will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. 1Peter 5 :12 Stand fast in it.)
Most importantly, 1 Peter 4:13 rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.

The Book of Revelation
The difficulty and beauty of the book of Revelation:
Of all the book of the Holy Bible, the book of Revelation is the book I touched least. Probably it is difficult in the sense that it talks about something not happen yet. And I’m afraid it’s least quoted book of all the sermons I’ve listened to.
One of the reasons that the book is difficult might lies in the various metaphors and images it used and lots of the implied meaning related with the background from the Old Testament. For example in Revelation 3:9-10 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up ; and it shall make thy belly bitter , but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. (KJV) Reve 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle”. Besides, the metaphor of the woman and the dragon in Revelation 12
I see the beauty of the book in the language, though the book is translated. Take the example of the description of Jesus in the first several chapters. Reve 1:4 “him which is, and which was , and which is to come ; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne.” Reve 1:8I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is , and which was , and which is to come , the Almighty. Reve 1:17-18 I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth , and was dead; and, behold , I am alive for evermore , Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Reve 2:23 I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works… All these words are from either narrations or Jesus himself. The almightiness and authority are fully embodied by these wonderful words.
