Ephesians

What is Paul’s advice to leaders on handling ethical problems?
1, Paul advised a good attitude to blend the differnet ehical groups. Through Christ's blood, both gentiles and Jews are circumcised and have citizenship of being God's chosen people.
Ephesians2:11-13 Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called "uncircumcised" by those who call themselves "the circumcision" (that done in the body by the hands of men)--remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ.

2. Both ethic groups share the same father, the same faith, the same body and Spirit of Christ.
Ephesians 4:4-5There is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--one Lord, one faith, one baptism;one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

3. Paul advised to accept the different functions and its importancy of different part of body. Christ is the head and different people do the different work as different part of the body. Nobody can lack each other.
Ephesians 4: 11It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,
Ephesians 4:16From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

4. To love and submit to each other will solve everything. Wives and husbands, children and parents, slaves and masters, jews and gentiles----all will be reconciled to the undying love of Christ.
Ephesians 5:1,2 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children.and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Ephesians 5:21 Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Ephesians 6:23Peace to the brothers, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

If only one verse can be chosen as best answer to show how Paul suggested. I would like to choose Ephesians 5:21-------Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
